最近很勤力地在做面条！第一次做了板面，接著在同样的食谱里加了小麦胚芽，做了较健康的面条。今早在厨房忙了几个小时，为的就是要做这些菠菜和红萝卜面来当午餐！初初看到这些绿绿和橙橙的面条时，心里真的有种难以掩饰的兴奋！我终於做到了，好高兴啊！超爱 Sonia 和 Jane 分享的面粉粿，因为同一个食谱让我变出了四种面条出来！面团非常容易的操作。上两回只需洒少许的粉,而这次不需洒粉!像面包一样，面团可以用面包机或stand mixer来搓揉。谢谢妳们！ Lately I have been addicted...
