可人儿 Li Shuan(Helena’s Kitchen) 送 了个戚风模 给我 ，这个星期找了两个理由烘了两粒戚风蛋糕，让我可以隔空再谢谢她的心意！第一次用新的烘炉来做第一个用戚风模烘的蛋糕，担心肯定是有的。到底要怎样脱模？不知道！要烘多久？不知道！不过这次打蛋白时用了 Angie(My Mum’s Cake House) 的提示，那就是当蛋白被打到尾端廷直时，要用低速度再打多一下子，这样可以帮助消泡！这方法真的很棒！这是我第二次用这模，第一次忘了用这提示，蛋糕体出现很多洞洞（虽然我把戚风模往厨房柜敲了几次），但这次没有那麽多，而且蛋糕也比较细密，谢谢Angie！...
