Hi! Welcome to "OH Bite It" where I create fun/unique kitchen creations! I am not a trained Chef, and I don't take food too seriously!All of my recipes are more like methods, that you can easily adapt to make your own, or not! :) As far as I know, they are all my original creations, however some are just tweaked versions of classic recipes that we all know! My "scientific" way of measuring ingredients consists of "eye balling" and "tasting", so feel free to ask questions!! :)
