Actually I should not talk about " the" kinilaw because thereis almost one kinilaw recipe per family in the Philippines. I gotthis recipe from my young neighbour, Cherri Lyn Osoa, which helped me to maintain thehouse in Dumaguete . It isnearly impossible...
