2 cups shredded zucchini2 cups sugar1 cup oil2 tsp vanilla1 eggMix ingredients, then add the following: 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. 325 for 30 minutes. 1 hour if using bread pan.
