For those of you following my blog, you know i'm on a root kick...and one of the roots my doc wants me to have a tiny bit of each day..horseradish root. I made some kick-ass horseradish, but it's really potent and I needed to come up with a milder alternative....

Yep - it's made with nuts...and Yep, it's rich, creamy and just a little bit decadent. This dish can be used in so many ways, adding a bit of creamy richness to any meal. Add a couple of spoonfuls to a wrap, stuffed full with lots of greens and sprouts...maybe...

I prepared these BBQ Grissini Sticks that were created by EarthSprout . I'll post the changes I made below. I'm going to let them dehydrate a few extra hours to get more crunchy, but W and I did a sneak preview. Conclusion: The Zucchini Hummus goes great...
